I’ve started learning Adobe Flash (CS3) this semester in my Kinetic and Sequential Graphics class. It isn’t the most intuitive program out there, but going through the very basics for class has already taught me quite a bit. The semester long project of building a website in Flash is separated into many parts. This particular one is the first of the Flash projects we work on.
The idea is to create an interactive environment to visually and contextually describe a persona of someone who would go to this website. My website focuses on Hybrid cars, so the persona in question is a female named Fera who is between the ages of 25 and 35. She has recently graduated college and is working somewhere paying back loans and other things. Her age group represents 2% of the current hybrid car market, so I decided to focus on “her” for the reason being that “she” might be interested in purchasing a car in the near future. My information was comes from short internet based interviews I did with about 12 people.
It isn’t advanced, and it is fairly basic. But it is supposed to be. It is our first project. So I tried to do the most I could with what I knew. Feedback is always appreciated. Go ahead and send me an email!
