unexpected yet interesting

Last night was the annual Carol and John’s Christmas Party that I was invited to.  I met someone who happens to be a PR Account Executive from a place here in the Cleveland area.  She was a wonderful and brilliant person.  We talked a bit about what I do for school, and my interests in the photography and design world and I got her business card.  She said I should contact her if I am ever looking for an internship (conveniently I will within the next year or so).  Pretty cool opportunity and an unexpected contact.  I just figured I’d write about it because it can hopefully pertain to the future.

Even more unexpected, a long time friend of mine from the Columbus College of Art and Design is putting something together and having it sent to Tim Burton. She wants me to do some photography for her for it.  Not sure on the details quite yet… but wow.  All in the matter of three days, not bad! 

Speaking of the future, I’m going to write about Undead Design soon.  I have a feeling that its going to start going somewhere again soon, and I’ve been in contact with Maurice of Winslow (formerly 1959), so that should be interesting.  Fingers crossed, I need some more design work to do thats not projects for classes.
